Sidetracked Magazine - The Guide

We had the privilege of spending a week in the stunning setting of Zinal, Switzerland filming and photographing international mountain guide Nick Parks. Nick has been a guide for 40 years, and has a huge amount of experience in ski touring, ice climbing and mountaineering.

We followed and filmed him on a typical week in the Alps, capturing first hand what it is like to work as a guide in this incredible setting, getting under the skin of what it is like to spend your life working in beautiful but ultimately very dangerous environment.
